The Google Grant is simultaneously one of the most valuable and most challenging resources that a non profit can have. The free Google ads that that the Grant provides are hugely useful, delivering (in my experience) high quality traffic and conversions. But the Google Adwords interface is not exactly user-friendly. It can be hard to know where to begin, how to improve, and how to make sense of the heaps of data that it returns.
