2019 Global NGO Technology Report: worldwide results, Ireland results & more

The Global NGO Technology Report from Nonprofit Tech for Good is the only crowdsourced, multilingual survey and report for the NGO sector. Data from thousands of NGOs around the world was gathered between March and May 2019 and has now been collated and analysed in the global report. This hugely interesting and informative document contains data on charities’ use of:

  • online fundraising tools
  • social media platforms and their various functions
  • emerging technologies
  • CRMs and databases
  • and much, much more

Irish charities

Digital Charity Lab was the official Ireland partner for the report in 2019, and we were given the anonymised data from Irish charities to analyse.

Twitter takeover

NonProfit Tech for Good are hosting a 24 Hour Twitter Takeover on Thursday 26th September to discuss the results and share resources.

The Wheel’s Future Waves, Dublin, 3rd October

Jean O’Brien from Digital Charity Lab will be presenting highlights from this survey at The Wheel’s Future Waves event in Dublin on Thursday October 3rd, and taking part in a panel discussion on the opportunities and blockages for non-profits in using tech.
