This workshop will give you an overview of writing for the web and best practices for search engine optimisation (SEO), and show you practical ways you can improve your non-profit organisation’s website and blog. This workshop will also include a session on how you can develop an in-house style guide and train your colleagues in writing web content.

Fiach Cooling is a SEO and search expert and video producer.
Jean O’Brien has over a decade’s experience working as a digital communications specialist in Irish charities, and has written huge amounts of web copy for charities such as Oxfam Ireland and Barnardos. She was also the founder and editor of the food blog CheapEats.ie and currently blogs at IrishCharityLab.org.
