Our Event Prices & Policies

We changed our workshop prices at the start of 2016 to reflect the variety of organisations that have been attending our events.  We have created tiered pricing so that the workshops are sustainable for Digital Charity Lab to run, while remaining affordable to charities of all sizes.

Our half-day workshops are priced as follows:

  • Large Charities (over 30 staff and/or a turnover of €1m+ per year) – €45 per attendee
  • Medium Charities (10-29 staff and/or a turnover of €500k+ per year) – €40 per attendee
  • Small Charities (fewer than 10 staff and/or a turnover of €500k+ per year) – €35 per attendee

Half-day workshops include tea, coffee and tasty biscuits for all attendees 🙂

Event Cancellation

As we are a small non-profit organisation with limited resources, we ask that if you need to cancel your booking, you give us enough time to re-sell your ticket. If you cancel an event up to a week in advance, we will fully refund your ticket. Events that are cancelled with less than five working days notice cannot be refunded; apologies for any inconvenience this causes.
